Property Maintenance in Swadlincote
South Derbyshire
Swadlincote is one of the areas we work in most, about four miles north-west of our Ashby base. Most of the work here is repairs, flooring, carpentry and plumbing, handled by one team.
What we get called out for in Swadlincote
A lot of our Swadlincote work starts with something that has failed - a leaking shower, a floor gone soft, decking that has had its day - and often turns out to need more than one trade once it is opened up. Recent jobs here include two leaking showers replaced, a failed shower tray replaced along with the rotten floor underneath it, new flooring laid after an insurance leak repair, a kitchen worktop fitted, fifteen-year-old decking around a garden room replaced, under-stairs storage built to take a dog crate, a made-to-measure headboard wall built over old pipe boxing and an outdoor tap put in.

Garden Room Decking Replacement in Swadlincote
An existing customer got back in touch about the decking around their garden room. It had been down fifteen years, the boards had gone soft underfoot, and it had got to the point where it was a safety risk rather than just a tired-looking deck. The garden room is in daily use, so the deck is walked on every day rather than a few times a summer.
