What we were called out for
The customer’s old outside tap had seen better days and needed replacing.
What we did
We removed the old tap and fitted a new high-quality outdoor tap in its place, connected to the property’s existing water supply.
As with every plumbing installation, we ensured all pipework was securely fitted and tested thoroughly before leaving the property. We also fitted an isolation valve, allowing the water supply to the tap to be turned off when required, helping to protect it during the colder months.
The installation was completed neatly with minimal disruption, leaving the customer with a durable and reliable outdoor water supply.
While we were there we found and fixed a leak from the old tap the customer hadn’t known about.
The result
The customer now has a new outdoor tap that’s ready for watering the garden, washing the car and outdoor cleaning.
