Property Maintenance in Ashby-de-la-Zouch
Leicestershire
Ashby is where we are based, so it is usually the shortest journey we make. Plumbing, electrical, carpentry and decorating, with one person coordinating the trades when a job needs more than one.
The town we work from
Being based in Ashby makes it easy for us to look at a job properly before quoting, and to call back in if something needs finishing. The housing runs from period property near the town centre to the newer estates on the edge, which is why the work varies as much as it does. Recent jobs in Ashby include a bedroom redecoration, floorboards replaced at short notice so new carpets could go down, a leak investigation, a hand-built garden building window, a custom boot room, a shed roof replaced, a Water2 filter tap fitted and a kitchen drain that the customer now has cleaned on a schedule rather than waiting for it to block.

What Our Ashby-de-la-Zouch Clients Say
Fantastic service from start to finish, we are so pleased we found Noah to help! We have recently moved into a new build property and had a list of quite a few jobs we needed help with. Noah was able to help with all our needs. He was very professional and helpful and we were so pleased with everything. Communication was great all the way through, nothing was too much trouble and he took great care with every job. One of the things he made for us were two sets of a shelves to fit inside some cupboards we have upstairs, these have turned out amazing! Thank you Noah for all your hard work, we couldn’t have asked for a more professional, conscientious and pleasant person to help us setting up our new home. We’ll be in touch soon for a few more jobs no doubt!😊
A lovely experience with Noah. We know his family but not him. He arrived punctually on the 3 occasions. Very well mannered, cheerful and chatty. The work was completed thoroughly and exactly how we wanted. Clean and tidy. All together a great experience. We will be using him again.
