Today we attended a property in Ashby after the homeowner noticed water staining and an active drip coming through their kitchen ceiling, with a bathroom located directly above.
We carried out a targeted leak investigation and carefully cut an access opening in the ceiling to allow inspection of the area above. This enabled us to identify the source of the issue and isolate the problem, preventing further water ingress.
The area will now be left to fully dry before our plasterer returns to reinstate the ceiling, ensuring a proper and lasting repair.
These types of issues are always best addressed early. By getting in touch promptly, the homeowner avoided the risk of more extensive damage developing over time.
