What we were called out for
We received an urgent call-out from a customer in Ashby who was due to have new carpets fitted, only to discover damaged, dry-rotted floorboards at the last minute.
What we did
With the carpet installation booked and no room for delays, we rearranged our schedule and attended at the end of the day to carry out the repairs. The affected boards were removed, replaced, and made good so the flooring installers could proceed as planned.
